Inspired and initiated by our mentors, Akal Academy Baru Sahib Counselling cell has launched a career counseling program, “Akal CONNECT’ for our students across the 50+ academies which will impact more than 5000 students. The idea is simple yet powerful to engage the students, parents, and teachers community in an informed dialogue about the several exciting career pathways influenced by recent world trends.
These critical conversations would be thought-provoking, insightful, backed by proven industry expertise, would be honest, full of facts, and always present unbiased perspectives. All this is aimed at providing value-added service for our future leaders.
At the launch of “ Akal Connect”, Our Industry expert, Ravinder Singh with over 20+ years of industry expertise, started the sessions with inspiring quotations and enabled students to create a life goal statement. Akal Academy Baru Sahib conducted 3 Offline face-to-face workshops with students of grade 12th to kick start the career conversations.
Five Virtual sessions were conducted covering the other academies which are located in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and UP. Students and respective parents and teachers participated in these interactions with industry experts.
Akal Connect will also project as an Alumni association that can support graduates and students in fostering long-term relationships with their alma mater by offering a wide range of job and career opportunities. The cell will help students of Akal Academies in connecting with talented graduates and prospective employers to enrich their career dreams.
