Faithwalk 2025, held in collaboration with Guru Nanak Nishkaam Seva Jatha (GNSSJ)

was a celebration of Sikh philosophy and the divine wisdom of Guru Granth Sahib. It stood as an epitome of interfaith, unity, and spiritual realization.

Religions, though diverse, serve as different paths toward the same divine destination. In this sacred gathering, participants had the opportunity to reconnect with the innate virtues of the soul, as illuminated by Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj.

ਮਨ ਤੂੰ ਜੋਤਿ ਸਰੂਪੁ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂਲ ਪਛਾਣੁ।
ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਜੀ ਤੇਰੈ ਨਾਲਿ ਹੈ, ਗੁਰਮਤੀ ਰੰਗੁ ਮਾਣੁ।

This walk entailed a unique feature, where mothers, grandmothers, and families became an integral part of the learning ecosystem. The role of a mother in shaping a child's spiritual foundation is undeniable — she is the first teacher, creating an environment rich in virtues and divine wisdom at home.

Through stories of Guru Sahib’s life, Chaar Sahibzadas, Bhagats, and saints throughout history, mothers inspire in their children the values of sharing, devotion, tolerance, and forbearance.

The Hon’ble Saint Baba Iqbal Singh Ji envisioned the Akal Academies as places where young children are immersed in this way of life from the age of four, during their most impressionable years. The mission remains steadfast: To nurture spiritually enlightened individuals who dedicate themselves to alleviating human suffering.
